Following the positive funding recommendation, the international DTO4OWE consortium prepared the necessary steps for launching the project, including coordination of national funding procedures and preparation of the consortium agreement.
The DTO4OWE Consortium Agreement was officially signed on October 2025, marking an important milestone for the project and confirming the commitment of all partners to collaborate on the development of Digital Twins of the Ocean for offshore wind energy.
With the agreement in place, the consortium has finalized the preparatory phase and is now ready to proceed with the implementation of project activities in cooperation with partners across Europe.
