The DTO4OWE consortium held its in-person meeting on 25–27 January 2026 in Tallinn, Estonia, at Tallinn University of Technology. The event brought together project partners for three days of strategic discussions, scientific exchange, and planning.
Partners were introduced, followed by a project overview and update reports. Comprehensive work package presentations were given covering user engagement, data management, modelling tools, forecasting, data products, and focused applications.
Discussions explored the legacy of related projects and connections to ongoing initiatives, including impact modelling of offshore wind farms and data service platforms. The meeting also included future-focused topic discussions featuring offshore wind farm distribution, wake effects, and ocean turbulence.
